FAQs
Questions, Answered Plainly.
Most people calling us have never needed a service like this before. Here is what they ask most often, grouped so you can find your answer quickly.
Services & Process
What we do and how a job runs
What types of cleanup services do you offer?
We specialize in biohazard and crime scene cleanup, hoarding cleanup, unattended death cleanup, drug exposure remediation, and move-in/move-out cleanouts. If you are unsure whether your situation fits, call us and we will tell you honestly.
How quickly can you get to me?
We operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year. In most cases we can be on site the same day, and for genuine emergencies we mobilise immediately.
How long does a cleanup take?
Most jobs are completed within one to three days. Scope, property size and the level of contamination determine the timeline, and you get a clear estimate before we begin.
Do I need to be there while you work?
No. Many clients prefer not to be. We can work from a key or lockbox and keep you updated by phone throughout.
Will my neighbours know what happened?
We arrive in unmarked vehicles, keep equipment out of sight where possible, and never discuss a job outside our team. Discretion is part of the service, not an extra.
Safety & Compliance
Training, protocols and disposal
Are your technicians trained and certified?
Every technician is certified in bloodborne pathogen handling and trained to OSHA standards, with documented procedures followed on every site.
Is it safe to re-enter the space after cleanup?
Yes. We do not consider a job finished until the area has been fully decontaminated, deodorized and verified, so the space is safe to occupy again.
What happens to contaminated materials?
Porous materials that cannot be safely restored are removed and disposed of as regulated waste through a licensed facility, with a documented chain of custody from your property onward.
What products do you use?
Hospital-grade, EPA-registered disinfectants appropriate to the contamination, applied at the correct dwell times. We treat odour at its source rather than masking it.
Can ordinary cleaners handle this instead?
No. Pathogens survive on surfaces and soak into subfloor, drywall and upholstery where standard cleaning cannot reach. Untrained handling also risks exposure to the person doing it.
Pricing & Insurance
Costs, quotes and claims
How much does a cleanup service cost?
Cost depends on the size of the affected area, the type of contamination and the labour involved. We provide a free, no-obligation assessment and a written quote up front.
Do you work with insurance companies?
We do. We document the work thoroughly and can bill your insurer directly or supply whatever paperwork your adjuster needs.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Assessment and quoting cost you nothing, and there is no obligation to proceed.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Seattle, WA. That covers Duval County neighbourhoods from Riverside and San Marco to the Beaches and Northside, and everything south through Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, Julington Creek and St. Augustine.
How do I get started?
